14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a customer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within the applicable return period and according to the return instructions provided.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items should be handled with reasonable care. You may inspect and test a product as you would in a physical store. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned item, or receive proof that it has been sent back, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.
For eligible withdrawals, we will refund the amount paid for the product and the applicable standard delivery costs. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, the additional cost may not be refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
